Where so many of our competitors offer a single piece of the life-safety puzzle, when a customer needs multiple solutions like sprinklers, alarms and fire extinguishers, Keystone is uniquely positioned to be their single resource. We do all of those things and we do them with our own staff – from design to installation to scheduled inspections and maintenance.
One Call. One Company.
What Sets Us Apart
A Measured Model of
Performance Sets Us Apart
We’ve implemented a customer-focused model that goes beyond being a 24/7 service provider. We track our performance metrics. For example, we measure the response time to a customer’s phone call or the life-cycle of a deficiency repair at a customer’s site – from the time our inspector identifies a problem, until the system is repaired and compliant with all codes.
Keystone Fire Protection Co. provides some of the most advanced early-warning detection, suppression, sprinkler and non-water-based extinguishing technologies for high-value assets such as computer rooms, bank vaults and manufacturing processes. We represent some of the most respected manufacturers in the life safety industry.
“Easy to Do
Our clients say they love working with Keystone because we listen to them and offer sensible solutions tailored to their financial and regulatory needs. We strive to be a company that is easy to do business with.
