Industrial dry chemical (IND) systems protect industrial processes and machinery where flammable liquids or hazardous materials are involved. IND systems use ABC or BC dry chemical agents. These agents extinguish a fire by chemically change breaking properties of the dry chemicals.

Typical applications are paint spray booths, oil quench tanks, spill containment dikes, chemical storage sheds, exhaust ducts, flammable liquid storage areas and fume (vapor removal) hoods.
