- Medical Insurance: A PPO medical plan from United Healthcare with 80% employer co-pay for single employee health insurance premium and a 50% employer co-pay toward all other coverage premiums.

- HRA: We also offer a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) to offset employee paid deductible. Currently Keystone pays the first $1000 of the single coverage and $2000 on all other employee plus dependent coverage deductible.
