Dave Dupell
Regional Facilities Manager, Major restaurant chain
Dave Dupell has been working with Keystone Fire Protection for the past two years. In his role as Facilities Manager, Dave handles fire safety for his entire regional restaurant chain. He has worked with Keystone on approximately 20 stores in the Philadelphia area.
Keystone has done both system set-up and maintenance for the restaurants. “Keystone is very thorough and they do what they say they are going to do,” says Dupell. “When they first came in, a number of items were not up to code and they fixed them all, in a quick manner at a reasonable price.”
Dave likes that Keystone is a distributor for more manufacturers than most companies he has worked with. “They carry and install all the major products, which means they have a better knowledge of how these systems work,” says Dupell. “Because each restaurant is different, we have different needs and Keystone is able to meet them all.”
“I know that Keystone is able to install and maintain a variety of suppression systems. The salespeople I work with are also very knowledgeable. If they don’t know an answer, they won’t lie; they’ll tell you they don’t know and they will find out. That’s important to me,“ adds Dupell.
